While our creators rolled their eyes at bigotry of these questions, the answer to why these stories must be included came clear as day. There are infinite possibilities where black girls meet and fall in love, it is inevitable, it has always been so. For black womxn, it’s a narrative that deserves to be amplified and celebrated.
